Emily Seiden NP

Emily, a native of Colorado, received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado. In 1999 she moved to Arizona to continue her education. As an Arizona State Sun Devil, Emily completed her Bachelor’s and Masters from the ASU College of Nursing. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the International Honor Society for Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau.

As an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Emily is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the State of Arizona. She has been in practice since 2006. In addition to her training, she has strong medical foundation related to working 7 years in an Intensive Care Unit with Scottsdale Healthcare.

Emily’s philosophy of medicine includes achieving a balance of both physical and mental health. Her approach to patient care not only involves diagnosis and treatment but also enabling patients to understand and partake in their own healthcare. Consistent with the Nursing model, Emily treats the patient, not only the symptom.

Most of Emily’s spare time is spent on her family and her adorable Pug. Her hobbies include scuba diving, travel, and an occasional romantic getaway with her spouse.
